This Privacy Policy explains how MuseFrame handles information when you use the MuseFrame mobile application and related support pages.

1. Information You Provide

MuseFrame may process prompts, selected style tags, reference images, generated results, and basic generation history that you create in the app. This information is used to provide image creation, image remix, local quality checks, preview display, saving, and history features.

2. Photos and Camera

MuseFrame requests camera access only when you choose to take a reference photo. MuseFrame requests photo library access only when you choose an image from your library or save a generated result. You can manage these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

3. Local AI Quality Checks

The app may run local checks for clarity, resolution, brightness, and face usability before image generation. These checks help warn you when an uploaded image is too blurry, too dark, too small, or does not contain a usable face.

4. Generated Images and Local Storage

Generated previews, temporary files, and local history may be stored on your device so the app can display recent activity and save results. You can use the Clear Cache feature to remove temporary app data. Removing the app also removes app data managed by iOS.

5. Service Providers

If online generation services are used, prompts, selected options, and necessary image data may be sent to service providers solely to complete generation requests, return results, maintain reliability, and prevent misuse.

6. Data We Do Not Intend to Collect

MuseFrame does not require account registration for the reference build. The app is not designed to collect precise location, contacts, health data, payment card data, or advertising identifiers.

7. Children

MuseFrame is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. Do not use the app if you are not old enough to consent to these terms in your region.

8. User Control

You may delete generated files, clear cache, deny photo or camera permissions, or uninstall the app. Some features may not work if required permissions are disabled.

9. Safety

Do not upload private, sensitive, unlawful, or non-consensual images. Only use images that you own or have permission to process.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The updated version will show a new effective date.
